My husband was killed in an automobile accident in July; not only did my life fall apart, but everything in my house did too. When my heat pump stopped working, I was faced with a major decision that I didn’t feel qualified to make. I called Randy Jones with Integrity and was treated with kindness, concern, and professionalism. He thoroughly explained all my options allowing me to make an informed decision. I was greatly impressed with their promptness, attention to detail, and follow-up. I couldn’t have asked for better service than I received from Integrity. They truly lived up to their name.  

My experience with no heat and snowing outside was horrible. I first started calling up companies, 5 to be exact. I knew right off after listening to the Integrity Contractor showing me his unit and going into detail, because I do ask a lot of questions, that he would be the one I would go with. I can tell a honest person in a very short time. Mr. Jones went out of his way on a snowy Sunday morning to bring me his own heater to stay warm by. No one in my family offered to do that for me. I will never forget that. My Trane unit is working great. Thank you for your TRANE.
